GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General terms and conditions are an integral part of the House Rules and the contract between the operator and the customer.

Formed by agreement between the operator and the customer on the use of services provided by the operator
, the operator subsequently undertakes to provide services in the agreed scope, properly and at the agreed prices.
The customer undertakes to pay the agreed contractual price for the services provided upon arrival, to comply with these general terms and conditions and the house rules.
By confirming the reservation, the customer expresses his agreement with these general terms and conditions and accommodation regulations.
In the event of a violation of the general terms and conditions or the accommodation rules by the customer, the operator is entitled to deny the customer further services, at the same time the customer loses the right to return the advance payment and is obliged to pay the amount for the pre-agreed services (after deducting the advance payment).
The operator undertakes to comply with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data in its current version.
CONTRACTUAL TERMS, RESERVATION, PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the agreed price to be paid by the client and the agreed services of Style Apartments result from the valid price list. The price list is generated dynamically based on the period of stay, occupancy of the apartment, and the number of persons and children.
However, the price stated in the reservation confirmation or e-mail offer is binding for the customer.
In case of non-payment of the advance payment within the agreed term, the operator is entitled to cancel the reservation and withdraw from the contract.
In the event of a malfunction of the system for calculating the price of the stay, the operator reserves the right to immediately contact the client and agree on the correct price, the client has the right to cancel.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The customer has the right to the proper provision of the services ordered by him within the agreed scope.
The customer has the right to cancel the use of services at any time by withdrawing from the contract.
The customer is obliged to provide accompaniment or supervision for persons under the age of 18 while using the services.
A foreign national is obliged to fill in a form on the declaration of residence when starting a stay, a citizen of the Slovak Republic enters personal data in the book of accommodated guests.
Found things are stored in the house for 3 months. After this deadline, the objects are disposed of.
RESERVATION PROCESS
The binding reservation must be confirmed by the operator in electronic form, where the date, number of persons and price are clear. The reservation can be made with a deposit (50% of the total price) or by agreement directly with the operator. With a binding reservation, the operator has the right to ask the client to send personal data important for check-in.
As a rule, the operator sends the customer basic information about the house and apartment in electronic form
. The operator can charge up to 100% of the full price of the accommodation based on delayed departure from the room.
Late handover of the room must be reported to the operator in advance.
Check-in must be reported in advance electronically or by phone. Subsequently, electronic access codes to the object and apartment are sent to the customer.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation conditions are set individually for each date, number of nights and number of persons.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The customer's stay in the Apartment House is further regulated by the house rules, which are binding for the guests.
These general terms and conditions and the legal relationships established on their basis are governed by the Slovak legal order.
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT, WITHDRAWAL
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the agreement on the provision of services at any time. Withdrawal occurs on the day of delivery or notice of withdrawal. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the operator a cancellation fee, which will be paid upon withdrawal or deducted from the paid deposit. The operator has the right to withdraw from the contractual relationship and cancel the reservation without reason. In this case, the customer will receive the money for the agreed services immediately and without unnecessary delay in full. At the same time, the customer is not entitled to any other compensation.
If the customer cancels part of the stay during the stay, or does not use up the ordered services, he is not entitled to financial compensation for unused services.
The operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the customer violates the general terms and conditions or the house rules. In this case, the customer is not entitled to financial compensation for unused services.
Reserved rooms without a deposit, in which the client has not moved in by 6 p.m. at the latest. on the day of arrival, he can leave the hotel to another client. This does not apply if a later arrival has been agreed.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints are handled during the guest's stay. It is not possible to complain about the accommodation service after the end of the stay. If the guest's request is justified, a discount will be given and the money will be refunded in cash.
Alternative dispute resolution
These General Terms and Conditions and legal relationships arising on their basis are governed by the Slovak legal system.
Any disputes arising from these GTC and the Agreement will be settled before the competent court in the Slovak Republic.
The resolution of Clients' complaints in relation to the Services provided by the Hotel is regulated by the Hotel's Complaints Procedure. In the event that the Client - consumer is not satisfied with the manner in which the Hotel handled his complaint, or believes that the Hotel has violated his rights, the Client has the right to contact the Hotel as a seller with a request for redress.
If the Hotel responds negatively to the Client's request in accordance with the previous sentence or does not respond to such a request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of its sending by the Client, the Client has the right to submit a proposal for the initiation of alternative dispute resolution to the entity of alternative dispute resolution pursuant to § 12 of Act no. 391/2015 Coll. on alternative resolution of consumer disputes and amendments to some laws.
The competent entity for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes with the Hotel as a seller is:
Slovak Trade Inspection, which can be contacted for the stated purpose at the address Central Inspectorate SOI, Department of International Relations and ARS, Prievozská 32, postal folder 29, 827 99 Bratislava, or electronically at ars@soi.sk, or adr@soi.sk, or another relevant authorized legal entity registered in the list of alternative dispute resolution entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (the list of authorized entities is available at https://www.mhsr.sk/obchod /ochrona-spotrebitela/alternative-solution-of-consumer-disputes-1/list-of-subjects-of-alternative-solution-of-consumer-disputes-1 , while the Client has the right to choose which of the listed alternative dispute resolution entities to turn to.

The general terms and conditions apply to customers in the Style Apartments, Budovatelská 63 Prešov | 080 01
They enter into force on 01.01.2021 and take effect the moment the electronic reservation is sent.
