Information on the processing of personal data

according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and amendments to certain laws, we hereby fulfill the information obligation in connection with the processing of your personal data (information obligation according to Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679)

The Operator processes the identification data of the affected persons in:

IS Reservations (in the scope: name, surname, phone contact),

IS Camera system (scanning of the face and the whole body for the purpose of providing adequate protection of property),

IS Contracts (to the extent necessary for concluding and fulfillment of the accommodation contract: name, surname, phone contact, permanent residence, OP/PAS number, nationality, visa, accompanying children).

The category of beneficiaries is only the operator and his employees. The operator will not process your other personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, even in the context of written communication. The operator does not process any personal data from the special category of personal data. The operator will not send this personal data to third parties outside the EU.

Your identification data is necessary for the operator in order to be able to provide services in the area of ​​accommodation. The legal definition of personal data is given in Act 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the law").

 

Legal basis for personal data processing:

the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party, or for the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract based on the request of the person concerned - 13 par. 1 letter b) of the Act; article 6 par. 1 letter b) of the GDPR regulation, the processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of the operator - 13 par. 1 letter f) of the Act; article 6 par. 1 letter f) of the GDPR regulation.

We will use your personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose for which they will be processed

Period of storage of personal data:

if the legal basis is a contract, the operator stores the personal data of the person concerned until the termination of the contract, or until the settlement of the contractual relationship (repayment of the obligation), if legal rewrites for some personal data do not require a different storage period, in the case of using a camera system (legitimate interest of the operator), the storage period of the camera recording is a maximum of 14 days.

 

Rights of data subjects:

to obtain confirmation from the operator as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. If the operator processes such personal data, the person concerned has the right to obtain access to this personal data and information about the purpose of processing personal data; categories of processed personal data; the identification of the recipient or the category of recipient to whom the personal data has been or is to be provided, in particular the recipient in a third country or an international organization, if possible; for the period of storage of personal data, if this is not possible, information on the criteria for its determination; the right to request from the operator the correction of personal data concerning the person concerned, their deletion or restriction of their processing, or the right to object to the processing of personal data; just submit a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to § 100 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll.; sources of personal data, if the personal data were not obtained from the data subject; the existence of automated individual decision-making, including profiling according to § 28 par. 1 and 4 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll.; in these cases, the operator will provide the data subject with information, in particular, about the procedure used, as well as the meaning and expected consequences of such processing of personal data for the data subject;

for the operator to correct incorrect personal data concerning her without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of personal data processing, the data subject has the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

for the operator to limit the processing of personal data if:

the data subject objects to the correctness of the personal data, during the period allowing the operator to verify the correctness of the personal data, the

processing of personal data is illegal and the data subject objects to the deletion of the personal data and requests a restriction of their use instead,

the operator no longer needs personal data for the purpose of personal data processing, but the data subject needs them to assert a legal claim, or the

data subject objects to the processing of personal data according to § 27 par. 1 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll., until it is verified whether the legitimate reasons on the part of the operator prevail over the legitimate reasons of the person concerned.

The person concerned is obliged to provide his personal data, if it concerns the processing of personal data, which results from special regulations (Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on reporting the residence of citizens of the Slovak Republic and the register of residents of the Slovak Republic, Act No. 404 /2011 Coll. on the residence of foreigners and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws). A similar procedure is followed in the case of entering into a contractual relationship with the person concerned. In the event of failure to provide personal data, it would not be possible to fulfill legal obligations or enter into a contractual relationship.

The operator hereby fulfills the information obligation in accordance with § 19 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws and Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on rights and information regarding the protection of her personal data.
